Five-day ‘Preferred Experience’ tours to visit Germany and Austria this July
Preferred Hotels & Resorts is to host four five-day driving experiences through the German and Austrian Alps this July.
‘The Preferred Experience’ journeys will see a maximum of 20 guests drive the Alpine roads in luxury sports cars, staying at properties in the Preferred portfolio along the route.
The journeys are set to take place over four departure dates in July: 5-9, 11-15, 17-21 and 23-27.
Member hotels that guests will visit include Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, Germany; Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Telfs-Buchen, Austria; Imlauer Hotel Schloss Pichlarn in Aigen im Ennstal, Austria; and Das Achental in Grassau, Germany.
During the experience, travellers will drive along well-known roads such as the Hahntennjoch Pass and Gerlos Pass, as well as scenic routes through Tyrol and Styria.
Experiences including spa treatments, golf sessions and tasting menu dinners will also be on offer.
The itineraries will operate in partnership with InRadius, a subsidiary of global brand experience agency Avantegarde Group.
Brenda Collin, Preferred Hotels & Resorts European executive vice-president, said: “Our vision is to continuously redefine luxury travel by creating experiences that go beyond the expected.
“With The Preferred Experience, we are bringing together the thrill of the open road and the comfort of world-class independent hotels to deliver a journey that is as dynamic as it is indulgent.”
