He joins following a decade with Kerzner International
Kerzner International’s UK boss Craig Jeffs has left the company to join Domes Resorts.
Jeffs left Kerzner International on April 10 following a decade with the hotel group. He held several positions within the company, most recently serving as regional director of sales and marketing, where he led the UK and Scandinavian markets to “sustained double-digit growth”.
He will start in his new role at Domes Resorts as head of sales for the UK and Ireland on May 11, reporting into group commercial director Manos Vatzolas.
In a statement, Domes Resorts said the appointment came as it “enters its most ambitious year to date”, with five new properties set to open in Greece, Spain and Portugal in 2026.
The group operates five brands - Domes Reserves, Domes Originals, Domes Noruz, Domes Finds and Aulūs by Domes - covering family resorts, adult-only venues, legacy hotels and “ultra all-inclusive” properties.
Jeffs will lead the existing UK and Ireland team, focusing “on scaling trade partnerships further, elevating the brand’s luxury positioning, and driving revenue growth through tour operators, consortia, luxury agencies and airline partners”.
Jeffs said: “Domes has built a remarkable platform in this market with trusted relationships, a loyal partner network, and a brand that delivers. My focus is to build on that foundation and elevate its positioning further as the portfolio expands.
“Joining at a moment of such growth and real momentum behind the business is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with partners and showing them what’s next.”
Vatzolas added: "We have built something exceptional in the UK over the past 20 years - strong relationships, consistent commercial performance, an amazing team and a reputation as one of the easiest hospitality brands to work with. Craig’s job is to take this further.
“With five new properties opening this year and clear ambitions across Europe, we needed a regional leader who could match our pace. Craig’s track record and the respect he carries in this market made him an obvious choice. I’m looking forward to working alongside him as we enter this next phase."
Prior to joining Kerzner International, Jeffs was head of sales at Tripashore and A2B Travel Extras and national account manager at MSC Cruises.
Kerzner International has made a trio of promotions following Jeffs departure.
