Sani Gourmet will welcome five chefs for residencies in July and August
Sani Resort has unveiled details of the chefs who will join the 2026 iteration of its annual culinary festival.
Sani Gourmet will take place at the Halkidiki property between July 10 and August 7, welcoming five “internationally acclaimed chefs” to create exclusive menus.
Each Friday, a visiting chef will present a bespoke tasting menu served at Elia restaurant in Porto Sani, helping to “transform the resort into a destination for serious dining”.
The Sani Gourmet 2026 line-up includes Pierre Gagnaire, whose flagship Paris restaurant has been awarded three Michelin stars, and the trio of chefs behind Barcelona venue Disfrutar, which has previously been named The World’s Best Restaurant.
Lima-based Pía León also joins the roster, as well as Spanish chef Albert Adrià and owner of New York’s three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park Daniel Humm.
Sani Gourmet will also see “complementary side events and curated wine experiences” taking place across the resort, as well as a wider series of culinary activations throughout the summer.
