Three to 10-night child-friendly stays available across Britain
PoB Hotels has unveiled a new collection of family-themed breaks spanning eight regions across Britain.
The independent hotel network said the new Pride & Joy collection had been launched in response to growing demand for multigenerational travel.
The portfolio features a range of three to 10-night breaks across England, Scotland and the Channel Islands with a focus on cultural, historical and wildlife experiences.
The collection includes the three-night Tales from the Lake District itinerary, which has a Peter Rabbit theme, with guests able to explore the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake and meet the lemurs, meerkats and alpacas at Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa.
The seven-night Bonnie Holiday in Scotland programme offers family suites and adjoining rooms in properties such as The Fife Arms and Cromlix, with activities including beaver safaris and Highland cow experiences.
The West Country Adventures itinerary will see guests explore Somerset, Devon and Cornwall for 10 days, exploring the coastlines and Eden Project while staying at venues such as Bovey Castle and The Headland in Newquay.
Other itineraries available in the collection include the three-night Island Life in the Channel Islands, five-night An English Classic in the Cotswolds, seven-night Capital Gains in London and seven-night Coast and Country in south-east England.
The breaks will take place in partnership with children’s outdoor clothing range Roarsome.
PoB Hotels’ chief executive Kalindi Juneja said: "Family travel has always been at the heart of what we do, but now more than ever, we’re seeing parents and grandparents seeking holidays that go beyond the usual theme park weekend.
“The Pride & Joy collection celebrates the magic of multigenerational travel, creating experiences that are as enriching for adults as they are exciting for children.”
