Nikki Beach to open Marrakech property in 2028

Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has unveiled plans to open a new resort in Marrakech in 2028.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech will be set in the Route de l’Ourika region, between Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains.

The project, which marks “a significant expansion” of the brand’s hotel division, will comprise a luxury resort, branded residences and signature beach club.

There will be more than 100 private suites, including a Celebration Suite, the property’s top accommodation option.

Dining venues on offer will include an all-day dining restaurant, signature restaurant and a number of outdoor bars.

The property’s residential element will introduce more than 50 serviced villas, each featuring an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sunken gardens and on-site parking.

Residents of the “exclusive resort-style neighbourhood” will have full access to the hotel’s services and facilities.

A “strong emphasis” on wellbeing will see Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech launch a wellness centre comprising a health and beauty parlour, hammams, saunas, steam rooms, therapy rooms, a lap pool and juice bar.

There will also be an underground sports complex with a gym, yoga studies, squash courts, golf simulator and cinema room.

Outdoor recreation at the property will include tennis and padel courts, as well as The Reef kids’ club.

The “social heart” of the property will be the brand’s signature beach club, which will feature an expansive main pool, floating platforms, sunken bars, a restaurant, DJ booth, stage area and boutique.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech joins an “exciting” pipeline for the group, including upcoming projects in Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, Baku and Muscat.
