Verbier Exclusive, Bo House and Emerald Stay portfolios to receive €30 million in funding
Luxury villa and ski chalet rental company Eterniti has secured a €30 million investment to “accelerate international expansion” of its 800-strong portfolio.
Combined with €20 million of previous funding, the three brands under Eterniti (Verbier Exclusive, Bo House and Emerald Stay) will receive enhancements to their properties, guest experiences and technology platforms across Europe, the US and the Caribbean.
Verbier Exclusive is a collection of 25 boutique chalets in Verbier, Switzerland, while Bo House offers luxury villas and chalets across destinations including Saint Tropez and Courchevel, with expansion into St Barths coming soon.
On the “affordable luxury” end, Emerald Stay properties can be found in the French Alps, Saint Tropez, Verbier, Marrakech and on the Spanish coast.
Eterniti employs 120 year-round staff members to provide guest services and property management, expanding to 200 during peak seasons, aiming for “service excellence”.
Eterniti co-founder Maxime Friess said: “This milestone marks a natural next step in our journey. Luxury travellers increasingly seek space, privacy and authenticity, without compromising on service standards.
“Our ambition is to build a truly global hospitality group that delivers five-star service in private homes across the world’s most desirable destinations.”
