South Carolina location to offer 139 room and 36 residences
The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Charleston is set to open its doors in South Carolina in 2028.
The eight-story development will be built in partnership with Strategic Property Partners and will “combine features of traditional Southern charm with modern luxury”.
Alongside 139 rooms of varying sizes, 36 residences at the location will range from 185 sq m with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathroom to 343 sq m with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
Hotels guests and permanent residents will have access to the hotel’s range of amenities, including four restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool with private cabanas and a landscaped garden.
Guests will also have access to a full-service spa, fitness centre and retail opportunities.

Pricing for residences will begin at $5 million.
