NousTravel’s ‘advisor-first’ model to help independent travel professionals ‘grow successful businesses’
Boutique global travel management company NousTravel has launched a UK and Europe division to “support experienced independent travel professionals” in the luxury leisure sector.
The group, which first launched in February 2024, said the expansion marks its “first major step” into the UK and European markets, with a goal to build “a network of high-performing independent travel advisors and specialists, with a particular emphasis on entertainment (film and music touring), luxury leisure travel, media travel and corporate”.
NousTravel is centred around an “advisor-first model”, designed to provide agents with the tools, infrastructure and supplier partnerships needed to “grow successful businesses while delivering exceptional service to clients”.
To support the expansion, the group has appointed long-time travel industry executive Maria Baty (pictured) as co-founder and chief executive, UK and Europe.
Baty brings “decades of experience in travel management” to the role, which will see her lead NousTravel’s regional strategy, industry partnerships and advisor network across the UK and Europe.
She said: “Travel has always been built on relationships, expertise and trust.
“NousTravel is creating a platform where experienced independent professionals can focus on what they do best, delivering outstanding service to their clients, while being supported by a strong global network. I’m excited to bring that vision to the UK and European markets.”
NousTravel co-founder Barry Noskeau added: “We are thrilled to welcome Maria Baty as CEO, UK and Europe. She is an exceptionally respected leader within the travel industry.
“Her deep understanding of building successful travel management companies and her commitment to supporting independent travel professionals makes her the ideal partner to lead our expansion into the UK and European markets.”
