Bequia Beach Hotel to open ‘super-boutique’ sister property

Bequia Beach Hotel in St Vincent and the Grenadines is set to unveil a new “super-boutique” sister property on the island of Bequia in November 2025.

 

Adult-only Rock Villa will feature eight suites, each with its own en suite and sea-view private terrace.

 

There will also be a “spacious” kitchen with a personal chef, a 16-person dining area, on-site gym, cinema room-cum-Pilates studio and infinity pool. 

 

Guests will be able to experience breakfast and coffee delivered to their rooms, in-villa spa and wellness treatments and sunset cocktail hours.

 

The property will be set on a rock face, metres from secluded Friendship Beach on the southern coast of Bequia.

 

It forms part of Bequia Beach Hotel’s Grenadine Hills collection, joining existing sister properties Villa One and Coral Hill. All properties have full access to Bequia Beach Hotel’s facilities and amenities. 

 

Rock Villa will operate as a hotel but will also be able for exclusive use, with children permitted for private villa bookings.
