The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection unveils Asia and Alaska itineraries for 2027

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has launched a series of Asia and Alaska itineraries on board its newest ship Luminara for 2027.

 

The programme features 21 voyages between April and October 2027, with 15 sailings in Alaska, four cruises in Asia and two transcontinental crossings.

 

Luminara will return to Alaska in April 2027 after its inaugural season in the region this summer, with a series of voyages between Vancouver in British Columbia and Whittier in Alaska.

 

Nearly all voyages will be eight nights or longer, and include a glacier day, cruising through Tracy Arm fjord and access to smaller ports such as Wrangell and Klawock.

 

Exclusive shore excursions include privately chartered glacier flights, wilderness landings and small-group Zodiac outings, a cured salmon Alaska salmon masterclass and craft beer tasting.

 

The Asia season adds Seoul in South Korea as a new turnaround port and Tianjin in China as a new port of call as a gateway to Beijing.

 

Northern Japan will also debut as a new region for the luxury operator, with inaugural calls in Otaru and Akita.

 

A highlighted Alaska voyage is the eight-night Vancouver round-trip on June 28 with calls in Klawock, Sitka and cruising through Tracy Arm fjord.

 

A highlighted Asia cruise is the 10-night Tokyo to Seoul sailing on April 25, with calls in Shimizu, Fukoka and Beijing.
