Grecotel unveils new initiative to ‘recognise agents’ dedication’

Hotel group will reward selected partners with ‘unexpected tokens of appreciation’

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts has unveiled a new trade initiative to recognise agents who “continue to champion travel during challenging times”.

 

The launch of Grecotel Acts of Kindness comes as the industry continues to face “significant challenges due to global events”, with the hotel group choosing to “focus on gratitude”.

 

The campaign will surprise selected travel agents with “unexpected tokens of appreciation” throughout the year, with rewards ranging from curated gifts to personalised surprises.

 

The brand said the moments of kindness aren’t linked to bookings or sales targets, but instead celebrate “the strong relationships and shared passion for travel that connect Grecotel and its partners”.

 

Grecotel Acts of Kindness is said to reflect the brand’s “long-standing philosophy of filoxenia, the Greek tradition of warm, generous hospitality”.
