Leaders of Luxury 2026

Aspire’s flagship conference Leaders of Luxury will return this summer with a raft of insightful speakers set to take to the stage.

Marking a new venue for the first time in four years, the event will be held at The Peninsula London on June 22, in partnership with headline sponsor Explora Journeys.

Launched in 2017, Leaders of Luxury addresses the key influences shaping high-end travel and the wider luxury sector. The invite-only event brings together more than 250 of the most senior and influential figures in the industry.

Each year, Leaders of Luxury looks at the key trends and developments in the luxury travel space, while also inviting speakers from outside the sector to share their knowledge and expertise.

This year’s event will include discussions on the state of the market; the role service excellence plays in the luxury travel industry; and the importance of crafting a compelling narrative to bring destinations, properties and experiences to life. The conference will also include a deep dive into how brands are building lasting emotional connections with high-value guests, as well as a session exploring the travel brands setting new standards in the sector.
